My husband and I worked with Shelia Kandeler in June 2016 for the birth of our first child.\u00a0 I can’t recommend Shelia enough!\u00a0 She made the difference between a birth plan we’d likely be unable to follow on our own to the experience we hoped we’d have.\u00a0 Shelia contributed her vast experience and knowledge and made my husband and I feel more secure and confident during the labor and birthing process.\u00a0 Because of this, Shelia transformed a very unknown and anxious experience into an experience we viewed as positive and empowering.\u00a0 Shelia also contributed to us laboring for longer in the comfort of our own home versus at the hospital, and to an unmedicated birth which gave our son the best start in the first few moments of his life.\u00a0 When and if my husband and I are blessed enough to have\u00a0a second child, I plan to hire Shelia!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
